Join us for a variety of virtual events coming to you live from the Barr Hill Distillery in Montpelier, VT
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
In this foundational class Barr Hill Beverage Director Sam Nelis will cover a brief history of cocktails, cocktail technique, and the fundamental styles of cocktails. He will walk you through shaking a Bee's Knees and stirring a Tom Cat Old Fashioned, two of our favorite classics.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED: Barr Hill Gin, Tom Cat Gin, Barr Hill Raw Honey, fresh lemons, Angostura bitters, ice (click here to look for Barr Hill spirits)

From Seed to Shaker: Herbal & Honey Cocktails for Spring -- Learn how herbs become simple syrups, tinctures, and hydrosols as Linda Shanahan and Eric Vanderhyde of Barefoot Botanicals explain how to grow your own ingredients from seed to shaker then dive into the world of spirits as Sam Nelis and Amy Casale of Caledonia Spirits guide you through the process of crafting the perfect spring drink.
